SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will be processed the next business day.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to the following regions:

ITALY

  • Shipping Cost: FREE
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after processing
  • Tracking: Provided via email within 24 hours of shipment

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Shipping Cost: FREE
  • Delivery Time: 12-17 business days after processing
  • Tracking: Provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
  • Customs: No additional customs fees for EU countries

INTERNATIONAL (Worldwide)

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after processing
  • Tracking: Provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
  • Customs & Duties: May apply depending on destination country (customer responsibility)

SHIPPING METHODS

We use reliable international shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Due to the nature of international logistics, the specific carrier may vary based on destination and availability. Common carriers include:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • National Postal Services
  • Other trusted international carriers

Note: We select the most efficient and reliable carrier for your location to ensure timely delivery.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  1. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  2. Tracking link to monitor your package in real-time
  3. Estimated delivery date

You can track your order 24/7 using the tracking number provided.

Tracking Issues? If your tracking hasn't updated in 3-5 days after shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@vexxoo.com


DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note:

Potential Delays:

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Remote or rural delivery locations
  • Force majeure events

Holiday Periods: During major holidays (Christmas, New Year, etc.), processing and delivery times may be extended by 3-5 business days.

We will notify you via email if any significant delays are expected.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Package Not Received

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check tracking status (sometimes marked as delivered but left with neighbor)
  2. Verify delivery address in your order confirmation
  3. Wait 2 additional business days (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)
  4. Contact us at info@vexxoo.com with subject: "DELIVERY ISSUE - Order #[Your Order Number]"

We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and item
  2. Contact us immediately at info@vexxoo.com with subject: "DAMAGED DELIVERY - Order #[Your Order Number]"
  3. Include photos in your email
  4. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Customer not available and did not arrange redelivery

We will contact you to:

  • Verify correct address
  • Arrange reshipment (customer pays reshipping cost)
  • Or process a refund (minus original shipping cost if applicable)

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


ADDRESS CHANGES

Before Shipment: Contact us immediately at info@vexxoo.com if you need to change your shipping address. We'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

After Shipment: Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to arrange delivery changes.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTES

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply
  • These charges are the customer's responsibility
  • Charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities
  • VEXO has no control over these charges

We recommend checking your country's customs policies before ordering.

Customs Delays

International orders may experience delays at customs (typically 2-7 business days). This is normal and outside our control. Your tracking will update once the package clears customs.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (require physical address)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (use alternative address)
  • Countries under international shipping restrictions

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order multiple items:

  • All items will ship together when all are ready
  • If you need items shipped separately, please place separate orders
  • Tracking information will be provided for each shipment

LOST PACKAGES

In the rare event that a package is lost during shipping:

  1. We will open an investigation with the carrier (typically takes 5-7 business days)
  2. If confirmed lost, we will:
    • Send a replacement at no cost, OR
    • Issue a full refund
